These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the DashEye website. They apply to all orders placed by the customer via the website. By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these conditions.

The products offered for sale on the DashEye website are high-quality products. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. We strive to represent the products as accurately as possible; however, the color of the items may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

The customer must create an account or provide the necessary information to complete the order. After validation of the order, a confirmation email will be sent. DashEye reserves the right to refuse an order if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.

Product prices are listed on the website in [currency] and include all applicable taxes. DashEye reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the prices applied will be those in effect at the time of the order, not those displayed at the time of consultation.

Payment for products is made directly on the website using secure methods such as credit cards or recognized third-party payment platforms. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery location and product availability. DashEye strives to deliver products within the delivery times indicated on the website. Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery address and are added to the total order amount.

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to return the products, without justification. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and undamaged.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part. A full refund, excluding shipping costs, will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.

DashEye cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the products after delivery or incorrect information provided by the customer when ordering.

DashEye shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery due to force majeure, such as strikes, natural disasters or interruptions in transportation services.
